Ash Day est un groupe de rock qui s'inscrit dans la veine "Americana".

 

Leurs compositions sont teintées de folk, de rock et parfois de pop. 

 

NO PAN KISSA

 

No Pan Kissa’s musical style can be described as alternative pop, progressive pop, with a touch of grunge. Compared with the other grunge bands of the early 1990s, No Pan Kissa's style is noticeably less heavy and harkens back to the classic rock music of the 1980’s. Among NPK’s earliest influences were Queen, Pink Floyd, Muse, Pearl Jam, R.E.M. The Band search for the riff-heavy satured guitar of the nineties with analog sonority of eighties. The musicians try to bring the listener a “feel-oriented” songs. This tribe from Belgium has already been taking their eclectic musical background for more than a hundred concerts. In a dozen original compositions, the No Pan Kissas, coming from funk, pop and rock, have explored as many musical directions as concert venues, sometimes out of the ordinary. Time, it is true, does not seem to have any hold on these crazy troubadours even if since the beginnings of the adventure some musicians have come and others have left. The charm of No Pan Kissa? It is these cascades of notes, these twirling melodies, these acrobatic percussions and these texts, sort of humanist fables, which put together take you on a bewitching adventure, a subtle and generous cocktail of musicality.
